My husband and I relocated to Bend with our family last year. Odette was our agent and assisted us in purchasing our home. We were unfamiliar with Bend and overwhelmed with the process that was ahead of us.
Odette was wonderful and very patient with us. She drove us several times through different areas in Bend. We were pleased that we were able to view so many homes in such a short amount of time because she had several appointments lined up in advance for us. Odette is very knowledgable about the schools and neighborhoods. We never felt rushed and she spent hours with us, answering our questions and addressing concerns. When we decided to make an offer, Odette handled the process very professionally and had our best interest in mind through the entire process. She was fantastic at negotiating price and the terms of the contract and we were very pleased with how efficiently our offer was presented, since we were on a very short timeframe to put in an offer and have everything wrapped up before we left town.
Due to renters occupying the property, the home we purchased was not ready for us to move into when we first arrived in Bend. Odette found us a furnished rental right in the area of town we wanted to be in and made arrangements for us to stay there until we moved into our house. Since we were doing much of the transaction out of state, Odette handled the home inspection and other issues that came up. She was so helpful and anytime I had a question or wanted her assistance she always got back to me right away and really did more than I would have ever expected.
